As Ukrainian Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov noted, this super protection makes it possible to reduce the usefulness of Russian thermal imagers and drones with thermal imaging cameras to zero. The garment, which resembles a hooded cloak, blocks heat radiation and makes the person underneath invisible to the enemy.
Development details
The raincoat is quite compact and relatively lightweight, weighing up to 2.5 kilograms.
Well protected from rain and wet snow.
It is also fireproof and provides protection against high temperatures.

The developers conducted tests and showed some of them in the video. In the experiment, three people stand side by side, but only one of them is covered with a cloak. A thermal imager and a night vision device can still make out the faint outline of a figure, but the enemy can easily miss them next to nearby inanimate objects.

It is not clear how development will behave when a person is in motion; We only saw one instance where one person was standing still.
