Apple solved the overheating problem of iPhone 15 Pro

The long-awaited iPhone 15 Pro series was launched recently. However, Apple fans were disappointed when they noticed that their new iPhone 15 Pro was facing overheating issues. The company has officially acknowledged the issue and is now rolling out an update that will fix the problem.

Apple iPhone 15 overheating fixed?

For those who don’t know, the Cupertino-based giant has come under criticism for the overheating issue in the iPhone 15 series. One user said the overheating got so bad that he burned himself. It is reported that the overheating problems of the iPhone 15 Pro series are caused by various factors. Although reports believed this was due to the new A17 Pro chipset and new titanium build.

Apple claimed that the overheating was caused by third-party apps like Instagram, Uber, and other iOS 17 optimization issues. The latest update is now being released to fix this issue. Apple has released a patch for iOS 17.0.3. According to the official notes, this “resolves an issue that could cause iPhone to perform louder than expected.” This update is for iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max models.

In addition to fixing the heating issue, Apple also fixed a bug that appeared last month with a new update. In its statement to MacRumors, Apple stated that third-party applications cause the smartphone to heat up and that the titanium structure is not a factor. The iPhone maker also added that the A17 Pro chipset does not require any tuning either.
