The technology is owned by Seergrills, a company founded by engineer Suraj Sudera from Aston University. The device, named Perfecta, stands out with its use of artificial intelligence technologies. Thanks to this, the grill can cook food not according to standard recipes, but taking into account the individual characteristics of each product and the wishes of the consumer.

Artificial intelligence prepares food

• To work with Perfecta, you need to put a piece of meat in it and set the desired cooking parameters using the on-screen menu.
• Then the device will independently determine the size of the meat, the presence of fat in it, surface area and other parameters.
• After that, the grill will set the infrared burners to the optimal operating mode and cook the perfect steak in less than three minutes.

The burners can heat up to 900 degrees Celsius, which allows you to quickly fry meat, creating a crispy crust and leaving the juices inside. Flash frying requires 50 percent less energy than traditional grilling.

In addition to meat, Perfecta can fry vegetables, make pizza, bake pastries and other dishes – there are about fifty cooking options in total.
