iQOO launched the Neo 8 in China earlier this year in May. The phone was initially launched with up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. This is a reasonable amount of memory for most people, but advanced users may need more. With this in mind, iQOO today launched a new version of the phone in China with 16GB RAM and 1TB storage. Price, availability and features

iQOO launched Neo 8 with 16 GB RAM and 1 TB storage in China. The price of the new version is 3,699 yuan ($505). For reference, the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage version of the phone costs 2,499 yuan ($354), while the 12GB RAM + 516GB storage version costs 2,599 yuan ($396). There is also a 16GB RAM + 516GB version available for 3,099 yuan (~$439).

iQOO Neo 8 is equipped with a slim form factor, a rectangular rear camera module and a display with cutouts in the middle. The smartphone has a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and 144 Hz refresh rate. It also has an in-display fingerprint scanner, 1,300 nits maximum brightness, HDR10 support and the Vivo V1+ imaging chip.

For photography, the iQOO Neo 8 is equipped with a 50MP main lens with OIS support and a 2MP depth sensor. 16 MP front camera for selfies. Under the hood, iQOO Neo 8 is powered by Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor coupled with VC liquid-cooled heat dissipation system. iQOO Neo 8 is powered by a 5,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging support. It runs Android 3 with OriginOS 13 software.
