Samsung is rolling out the Android 14-based One UI 6 Beta 8 update for its flagship Galaxy S23 series. The company is preparing to release a stable build of its own Android 14 shell and has launched the final beta version before the full release.

The South Korean technology giant’s latest One UI 6 Beta 8 build brings the Android 14 update to the Galaxy S23 series. So, Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+ and Galaxy S23 Ultra owners will be able to try this update. It is noteworthy that this is not the first iteration of Android 14 on these devices and the brand periodically releases new beta versions of One UI 6.

The update is currently available for users in India, Poland, Germany, US and UK. The One UI 6 Beta 8 update does not include any major features, but it does bring improved system stability and performance, as well as feature improvements and bug fixes. This update also updates security patches to the latest October 2023 version.

The latest beta also updates existing stock apps, improving the overall Android 14 beta experience. It’s worth noting that the update is only available to Galaxy S23 users who are already enrolled in the One UI 6 beta program. So for those interested, here’s what you can do: Check for updates by going to Software Update in the Settings menu. The total download size of the latest beta version is approximately 500 MB.
