MediaTek will introduce the Dimensity 9300 chipset on November 6, and the Vivo X100 series, which is expected to be launched in late November, could be the first phone to feature this chipset. Digital Chat Station revealed the features of the X100 and X100 Pro cameras in a new post on Weibo.

Features of Vivo X100 series cameras

According to the leak, the main camera of Vivo X100 consists of Sony IMX920 as the main camera, Samsung JN1 lens for ultra-wide shots and OmniVision OV64B telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom.

Vivo X100 Pro will have the same ultra-wide lens and telephoto camera as the X100. However, the telephoto camera will offer a higher 4.3x optical zoom. It will also have a 1-inch IMX989 camera sensor as the main sniper.

The dimensions of the Vivo X100 and X100 Pro screens are still unknown. However, reports have revealed that both the phones will feature an OLED display with curved edges, offering 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. There is also a possibility that there will be another version of Vivo X100 with a flat screen.

Vivo X100 will likely be powered by a 5,100mAh battery, while the Pro model will be powered by a 5,400mAh battery. While both devices are expected to support 120W wired charging, the Pro model is also expected to offer 50W wireless charging. The lineup will come pre-installed with the latest version of Android 14 and OriginOS 4.

Both models are equipped with the Dimensity 9300 chip and the latest LPDDR5T RAM technology to achieve the highest performance. It is also reported that the X100 Pro will support two-way satellite communication. The X100 series and Vivo Watch 3 are expected to be released in the third week of November.
