Towards the end of yesterday’s presentation, Xiaomi president Lei Jun announced One More Thing, as Apple does in its presentations, and introduced the Xiaomi 14 Pro Titanium Special Edition.

It is interesting that Xiaomi kept its smartphone secret until the announcement. There were no leaks or teasers about it. Following the announcement, the company started accepting pre-orders and confirmed that all available smartphones were purchased within seconds. The size of the launch batch is not specified, nor does Xiaomi say what the circulation of this limited edition will be.

The smartphone stands out with an average titanium frame. Unlike the iPhone 15 Pro, Xiaomi uses 99% pure titanium and has an anti-fingerprint coating. Let us remind you that Apple admitted that the titanium frame of the iPhone 15 Pro leaves marks that spoil the appearance, but these can be erased.

The camera unit is decorated with an orange accent, which immediately reveals that this is the titanium version. The front and back panels of Mi Pro Titanium Special Edition are covered with Xiaomi Dragon Crystal glass, which is much stronger and harder than ordinary glass. Drop resistance has been increased by 10 times and scratch resistance has been increased by 1.32 times. Tests have shown that it is stronger than the glass of the iPhone 15 and all its competitors.

The standard version of Xiaomi 14 is available for order and will be queued for delivery.
