Samsung has unveiled some exciting new camera technologies that could debut in next year’s Galaxy S24 series. The company showcased these features in a new blog post and YouTube video:ISOCELL Zoom Anywhere” And “E2E AI Remosaic» Based on Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset.

ISOCELL Zoom Anyplace uses the 200-megapixel ISOCELL sensor to simultaneously capture two 4K video streams, one containing the zoomed-in object and the other containing the entire scene.

This allows users to change the frame after they’ve finished shooting, even if they’ve zoomed in at the time. Zoom Anyplace will work with both 2x and 4x magnification. The feature also automatically tracks objects and keeps them in focus in real time as they move in any direction in the scene (including approaching the lens). All this is done while maintaining 4K resolution.

On the other hand, E2E or end-to-end AI Remosaic is a new image processing method that may debut in the Galaxy S24 series. This new technology provides a significant increase in shooting speed by processing photos in parallel instead of sequentially. Samsung says E2E AI Remosaic can double the capture speed, resulting in shorter processing times and better image quality.

Samsung says all these features are still in development, but we can expect to see them on the Galaxy S24 Ultra next year. The Galaxy S24 Ultra is also said to feature the new flagship Snapdragon chipset and a 200-megapixel sensor.
