In a strategic teaser campaign, Samsung recently unveiled the Galaxy S24 Ultra’s revolutionary camera zoom technology, marking a paradigm shift in smartphone photography. This follows a previous reveal showcasing the Exynos 2400 chipset that is expected to be used in the Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24 Plus, promising improved performance and efficiency.

While processors undoubtedly play a key role in defining a smartphone’s capabilities, RAM is another important element that gets a lot of attention, especially in the Android ecosystem. In previous iterations, the standard edition and Plus edition of the Galaxy S series had some enthusiasts asking for a modest 8GB of RAM even though mid-range phones priced between 15-20 thousand Indian rupees had 12GB of RAM.

However, this will change with the upcoming launch of the Galaxy S24 Plus. Recent observations of the Korean version Galaxy S24 Plus (SM-S926N) on Geekbench have revealed a significant RAM upgrade. Equipped with 12 GB RAM and Exynos 2400 chipset, this development signals a change to meet the increasing expectations of users looking for performance.

Although the RAM configuration of the standard version of the Galaxy S24 has not yet been officially confirmed, the industry expects a similar development to the Plus version.
