One of the notable features of this A2 display is its energy efficiency. It does not consume power during operation and ensures that the screen image remains static indefinitely. Features of the screen:

• Only still images are displayed. Video playback is not supported.
• IGZO is used – an oxide semiconductor consisting of indium (In), gallium (Ga), zinc (Zn) and oxygen (O). It is used as a material in thin-film transistors (TFTs) that power displays.
• Power is consumed when content is overwritten for display on the screen.
• Sharp is currently applying for a trademark for “ePoster”.
