KingKong 8 is Cubot’s latest secure smartphone. It is equipped with two additional LEDs that provide a powerful flashlight. It also offers longer battery life and many other impressive features.

The maximum brightness of the new Cubot KingKong 8 is 6000 lumens and its battery has a capacity of 10600 mAh. The smartphone is 20 mm thick and measures 169.9 x 80.2 mm. It weighs 0.382 kg and runs on MT8788 chipset. The model has four Cortex A73 cores and four Cortex A53 cores. KingKong 8 has 6 GB RAM and 256 GB internal storage. Storage is expandable, but there’s a trade-off between extra storage and a dual-SIM setup.

Cubot KingKong 8 is a solid smartphone but it does not support 5G. It has a 6.53 inch screen with a resolution of 1612 x 720 pixels. It has a 48-megapixel primary camera and a 16-megapixel front camera. The smartphone’s GNSS module supports GPS, GLONASS and Galileo functions. Cubot KingKong 8 also supports 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz Wi-Fi networks. A rugged smartphone, KingKong 8 is IP68 and IP69K certified and also supports NFC. The phone runs Android 13 and has a fingerprint sensor on the side.

The Cubot KingKong 8 is available for purchase in Europe via AliExpress for €235 (~$248). It is already stated that the model will be delivered to Germany. Price may depend on destination.
