Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy S24 series early next year. While the official launch date is still unknown, a new leak claims that the new flagship smartphones could be announced in mid-January 2024. Here are all the details.
Rumored Samsung Galaxy S24 series release date
According to a new report by SBS Biz, the South Korean technology giant will announce the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24 + and Galaxy S24 Ultra models on January 17. The launch event is expected to take place in San Francisco, USA. It looks like the company is already preparing for this conference. If this report is true, Samsung will launch its latest generation flagship devices a month earlier than its predecessors. Galaxy S23 series was introduced on February 17, 2023.
It is noteworthy that this rumor is consistent with our previous report. The Galaxy S24 series, which is said to be released in January, is already expected to go into production. The report also states that the Galaxy S23 FE will be launched in South Korea on December 1. This model could be launched in the company’s domestic market for 800,000 South Korean Won (approximately US$606). We also recently reported on a leak regarding the color variants of the Galaxy S24 series.
For those who don’t know, Fan Edition models have premium features at a relatively affordable price. The lower price is usually because the company skipped some high-end features or cut corners with some design elements. Note that this is just an unconfirmed report, so treat this news with some caution.
