The promotional video highlights the key features of the X100 Pro, including the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 chipset, which makes it the world’s first smartphone with this chip. Another innovation of the device is the Zeiss APO super telephoto lens, which promises to provide excellent image quality, especially in low light conditions.
Additionally, the X100 Pro will also feature the Vivo V3 image processing chip designed to improve camera performance. The company shared several camera samples from the Vivo X100 series that showed promising results.
Vivo X100 series will be available in four colours: Black, White, Blue and Orange. The base model of Vivo X100 with 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage will be priced at 3,999 yuan (~$549). This is the same starting price as the Xiaomi 14 series that launched in China last month.
In related news, the Vivo X100 Pro+ is expected to launch in the first quarter of 2024 and will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. The company will also launch the Vivo Watch 3 on November 13, alongside the X100 and X100 Pro.
