In a new leak, Ishan Agarwal has revealed the camera features of both the smartphones. Let’s take a look at what you can expect from the cameras on both devices.
According to the report, Vivo X100 Pro is expected to have a 50-megapixel primary camera with optical image stabilization (OIS) and F/1.75 aperture. It will also have a 50 MP ultra-wide camera with F / 2.0 aperture and a 50 MP periscope telephoto camera with OIS, 4.3x zoom and F / 2.5 aperture. In addition, X100 Pro will also support 8K video recording.
On the other hand, Vivo X100 will have a 50-megapixel primary camera with OIS and F / 1.6 aperture. It will also have a 50 MP ultra-wide camera with F/2.0 aperture and a 64 MP 3X telephoto camera with OIS and F/2.6 aperture.
According to other reports, the X100 and X100 Pro will feature Sony IMX920 and IMX989 main cameras respectively. Both phones are expected to feature the Samsung JN1 lens for ultra-wide shots and the OmniVision OV64B camera for periscopic telephoto shots. As seen above, the tipster also shared a GIF to give a good look at the camera module of the Vivo X100 series.
X100 and X100 Pro will have the same rear camera module. But one notable difference between the two is the placement of the crescent. In the X100 Pro, this crescent-shaped design is located at the bottom of the device. In contrast, the standard X100 model has a crescent-shaped design on the right side.
The X100 and X100 Pro will be equipped with the Dimensity 9300 chipset and its price will start at RMB 3,999 (~$549).
