OnePlus celebrates its anniversary. The company is turning ten years old and this date coincides with the launch of its new flagship product. OnePlus 12. After several months of leaks (pretty accurate as always), we have now officially revealed all the features and specifications.
It’s OnePlus’ most ambitious yet, with the brightest display on the market (at least at peak brightness) and a new camera sensor that promises to be much more effective than the one seen on the OnePlus 11.

The design of the OnePlus 12 bears inevitable similarities with the OnePlus 11 at the design level. The back is marked with stars now an even larger camera moduleand it houses three lenses on the back (even though it looks like there are four by design). But before talking about the camera, let’s take a look at the main features of this device.
It is made of aluminum and glass; the green model has a matte finish, the white model has a gloss finish, and the black model has the classic “Sandstone” finish (slightly rough, like sandstone). The Alert Slider is still present on the left side. The front part is occupied A huge 6.82 inch panelSigned by BOE, with 2K resolution, adaptive refresh rate from 1 to 120 Hz and 4,500 nits peak brightness. HBM brightness is 1,600 nits.
One of the features of this screen is that it can be used in the rain, according to OnePlus. The device is IP65 water and dust certified, but in addition it has its own algorithm that allows sensitive tactile response in rain. Since there is an ultra-thin fingerprint reader under this panel, improvements in terms of usability are expected compared to what was seen on the OnePlus 12.
The heart powering the OnePlus 12 can be none other than the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, accompanied by up to 24GB LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB UFS 4.0 internal storage configurations. They added a huge steam room to dissipate the heat. OnePlus is one of the companies that manages to control the temperature best, so it needs to put on a show with this processor.
If we go to cameras we find the same sensor Sony LYT-808 48 megapixels. It is a sensor that has already convinced us in the OnePlus Open and which should perform quite well in the OnePlus 12. This is accompanied by a 70mm periscopic telephoto lens signed by OmniVision and an ultra wide angle lens signed by Sony.
There is currently no price or availability for the OnePlus 12, but we hope to find out officially in a few days. At least it will come to its home country in emerald green, white and black. We will update this article as soon as we know the prices in Spain.
