As expected, the Infinix Hot 40 series is finally here, featuring three new smartphones: Infinix Hot 40i, Infinix Hot 40 and Infinix 40 Pro. Each smartphone offers competitive features at an affordable price. Infinix Hot 40i comes with Unisoc T606, Infinix Hot 40 comes with MediaTek Helio G88 and Infinix 40 Pro comes with MediaTek Helio G99 SoC pack. These smartphones promise an exciting user experience for less than $200.

Infinix Hot 40 Pro Specifications and Features

The smartphone has a 6.78 inch FHD + 90Hz LCD screen with 500 nits brightness. It is a feast for the eyes with its dimensions of 168.61×76.61×8.25 mm and its weight of 199 grams. It is equipped with a dynamic MediaTek Helio G99 processor, 4/8 GB RAM LPDDR4x and the possibility of virtual RAM expansion up to 8 GB. Storage options include 128GB or 256GB UFS 2.2 with the flexibility to expand storage via microSD card slot.

The Hot 40 Pro sports a 32-megapixel front-facing camera with dual flash, housed in a pill-shaped notch. On the back, there is a triple camera for macro photography consisting of 108 MP + 2 MP + a triple camera with artificial intelligence that provides better photos.

There is a 5000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. User can easily unlock the device with Side-FS fingerprint sensor and enjoy intuitive Android 13.XOS 13.5 with Magic Ring notifications. Users can choose from a variety of color options such as Starlit Black, Palm Blue, Horizon Gold and Starfall Green.

Infinix Hot 40 details

The Hot 40 features the same 6.78-inch FHD+ 90Hz LCD display that offers 500 nits brightness and 1080*2460 pixel resolution. However, it only offers a 90Hz refresh rate and 270Hz touch sampling rate.

Unlike the Pro Variant, the Infinix Hot 40 is powered by the MediaTek Helio G88 chipset, which is expandable up to 4/8GB LPDDR4 RAM and up to 8GB virtual RAM, as previously revealed via Google Play Console. It’s available in two storage options, 128GB or 256GB (eMMC), with the added benefit of a microSD card slot.

Same 32MP front camera with dual LED flash and 50MP + 2MP macro dual camera setup on quad rear flash. The combination of 5000 mAh battery and 33 W fast charging keeps the smartphone running all day long. Side-FS fingerprint sensor provides a seamless experience. It runs Android 13 with XOS 13.5 and Magic Ring notifications designed for a notch on the tablet-shaped display.

There is a 6.58-inch 90Hz HD+ LCD display with a resolution of 720 x 1612 pixels and 480 nits of brightness. It houses a Unisoc T606 SoC with 4/8GB LPDDR4 RAM and 128/256GB UFS storage. It offers memory expansion via the microSD card slot. On the front, there is the same 32MP dual LED flash camera and a 50MP single camera with quad LED flash.

Infinix Hot 40i is powered by a 5000mAh battery with 18W charging feature. Equipped with a side fingerprint sensor, the smartphone verifies fast authentication. It measures 163.5×75.59×8.30 mm and weighs only 190 grams. Also available in Starlit Black, Palm Blue, Horizon Gold or Starfall Green.
