After the arrival of the latest OxygenOS 14 based on Android 14 on OnePlus 11, OnePlus 10 Pro, OnePlus 10R, OnePlus 10T and others, it is the turn of OnePlus Nord 3 and OnePus 11R. Both the smartphones are receiving the stable OxygenOS 13 update in India, which brings a host of new features and improvements. The update will be offered first to closed and open beta participants, and then to regular users.

Oneplus Nord 3 gets firmware CPH2491_14.0.0.100 and Onelus 11R gets firmware CPH2487_14.0.0.201. However, the company advised users to have at least 5 GB of free memory and 30% battery charge before installing the OxygenOS 14 update.

Features of OxygenOS 14

The smartphones will have OnePlus features along with the luxury of Android 14 and advanced privacy and security settings. There will be a new Aquamorphic Design for a modern and clean look. Improved connectivity between devices and Smart Productivity features like the new File Dock, Content Extraction and Smart Cut. User maintenance

• It adds AOD with carbon tracking that visualizes the carbon emissions you’re avoiding by walking instead of driving.

Users can manually check for the OxygenOS 14 update on their phones by going to: Tapping “Settings” > “About device” > “Latest update” > “Check for updates”. After the update, users may experience a slight decrease in battery consumption for a few days, but this will disappear after a few days. The phone is always optimized with a new firmware for a while and this may drain the battery in the process. We also recommend updating all apps on your phone to the latest version to resolve incompatibility issues.
