Shortly after going on sale, Realme confirmed that the Realme GT 5 Pro reached a major sales milestone, surpassing the first sales record for all new Realme products in 2023 in just 5 minutes. Notably, its initial sales surpassed the total sales of the Realme GT 2 Pro in its first three months. Let us remind you that the device was announced in China on December 7.
Realme GT 5 Pro comes in different configurations in China: 12GB+256GB, 16GB+256GB, 16GB+512GB and 16GB+1TB. These variants are priced at RMB 3,399 (~$479), RMB 3,699 (~$521), RMB 3,999 (~$563), and RMB 4,299 (~$605). A 100 yuan ($14) discount is offered on the first sale of the device. Buyers can purchase the GT 5 Pro from Red Rock, Bright Moon and Starry Night.

Realme GT 5 Pro features a 6.78-inch curved-edge BOE OLED display that offers 1.5K 2780 x 1260 pixels resolution, 144Hz high refresh rate, 4500 nits peak brightness, and an in-display fingerprint sensor. There is a 32-megapixel camera on the front, while on the back there is a 50-megapixel main sensor with OIS, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom.
Under the hood, the GT 5 Pro is equipped with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, 5400 mAh battery, LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0. The device supports 100W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. GT 5 Pro comes with other features like Android 14 based on Realme UI 5, dual stereo speakers, 12,000 mm² heat dissipation unit, large X-axis linear motor, and IP64-rated body with aluminum alloy frame.
