Honor has launched a new mid-range phone called Honor X8b in Saudi Arabia. The phone is an improved version of the Honor X8, which was announced in March this year. The X8b has an AMOLED display instead of an LCD panel, better cameras and some other improvements. Here’s an overview of the X8b’s features, features and price.
Honor X8b features and functions
Honor X8b measures 161.05×74.55×6.78 mm and weighs 166 grams. It has a 6.7-inch AMOLED panel that offers 2412 x 1080 pixels Full HD+ resolution, 90 Hz refresh rate, 3240 Hz PWM dimming, and up to 2000 nits peak brightness. The device runs on Magic OS 7.2 interface, which supports Android 14 and Magic Capsule notification function.
The tablet-shaped cutout on the Honor X8b’s screen hosts a 50-megapixel selfie camera and a soft LED flash. On the back of the device, there is a 108 MP main camera, a 5 MP ultra-wide lens and a 2 MP macro camera.
Under the hood of the Honor X8b is the Snapdragon 680 chipset and a 4,500mAh battery that supports 35W fast charging. The device is available in multiple configurations such as 8GB RAM + 128GB storage, 8GB RAM + 256GB storage and 8GB RAM + 512GB storage. The device also has other features such as dual SIM, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0G, GPS, USB-C port and side fingerprint sensor.

The starting price of Honor X8b in Saudi Arabia is around $240. It is available in three colours: Midnight Black, Titanium Silver and Stunning Green. There’s no word on what other markets the x8b will be sold in.
