Poco X6 Pro 5G may launch globally in January 2024. Although Poco has not officially announced it yet, the report xiaomiui.net suggests that the company may launch the Poco X6 Pro 5G smartphone in the last week of January. The phone has appeared on Xiaomi’s internal test servers running HyperOS, indicating that launch may be imminent.
The fact that Poco X6 Pro is also included in certification sites such as FCC, NBTC, IMEI and BIS further strengthens the rumors. While talking about the FCC, he revealed some interesting details. The X6 Pro will come in three storage options and surprisingly the build materials differ between them. Both the 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 512GB variants will have plastic frames, while the other 12GB + 512GB variant will have trendy PU frame.
Rumor has it that the X6 Pro is actually a rebrand of the Redmi K70E. If true, we can expect a gorgeous 6.67-inch 1.5K OLED display with a maximum brightness of 1,800 nits and a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it will come with Dimensity 8300 Ultra SoC paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage.
Coming to the camera, the Poco X6 Pro may have a triple lens on the back. The main sensor will be a 64-megapixel sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS) for sharp and stable images. It will be accompanied by an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera and a 2-megapixel macro camera. There will be a 16-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls.
Similarly, a 5,500mAh battery with impressive 90W fast charging support will keep the lights on. Although the global launch date of the Poco X6 Pro has not been confirmed yet, the January timeline and increasing leaks suggest that we may get the phone soon.
