OnePlus is all set to launch the Ace 3 smartphone along with Buds 3 TWS earbuds in China on January 4. Ahead of the launch, the brand has released key details of its upcoming offerings. OnePlus has now posted a new teaser on its Weibo account that gives a good look at the front of the Ace 3 and also reveals more details.

According to the latest teaser, the OnePlus Ace 3 will have a 1.36mm side bezel and a 1.94mm bottom bezel. There is a center-aligned cutout with an opening. The frame size and images of the smartphone reveal that it will offer an edge-to-edge display and an immersive viewing experience. The device is also seen with slightly curved edges. On the right side are the power and volume buttons, and on the left is the notification slider.

Past teasers have already confirmed many details of the upcoming OnePlus Ace 3. The device will have a 6.78-inch OLED display with BOE’s photomatrix display technology and a “rain touch” function that allows the device to be used in wet conditions. The smartphone has been confirmed to have an ultra-thin fingerprint scanner and Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection. The upcoming offering will feature a 360-degree antenna, Wi-Fi7 support, dual-frequency GPS and omni-directional NFC for better signal coverage. On the software side, it has been confirmed that Ace 3 will receive 3 years of operating system updates and 4 years of security patches.

OnePlus Ace 3 is said to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor paired with 16GB RAM and 1TB storage. It is expected to be supported by a 5,500mAh battery with 100W fast charging support.
