Honor introduced the advanced mid-range smartphone X50 Pro in China, complementing the Honor X50 series. This series currently includes the Honor X50 and X50i models announced this summer.

The main camera of the smartphone includes a 108-megapixel sensor (1/1.67 inch optical format) and a 2-megapixel sensor with f/1.75 aperture. The resolution of the front camera is 8 megapixels (f/2.0).
The novelty is based on an eight-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor with a clock frequency of up to 3.0 GHz and an Adreno 730 graphics accelerator. The chip is complemented by 12 GB RAM and a 256 GB flash drive.
Honor X50 Pro packs a massive 5,800mAh battery with 35W fast wired charging support. The device runs on Android 7.2 with MagicOS 13 software shell. An under-display fingerprint scanner is used to unlock the smartphone. The device’s features also include an NFC chip, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.2 adapters, and a USB Type-C port. The smartphone is available in China for 2,799 yuan (about $395) in black and green colors.
