Asus will introduce the ROG Phone 8 series gaming phones in China on January 16. On the eve of the launch, the brand has released an official confirmation of the ROG Phone 8 Pro testing results. Here’s a look at the details the brand shared.

ROG Phone 8 Pro test results

According to the brand, the ROG Phone 8 Pro scored a remarkable 2,359,969 points in AnTuTu tests. The device seems to have scored 7422 points in the multi-core test on Geekbench.

For those who don’t know, the ROG Phone 8 series is expected to come with the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip. According to a recent report, the Pro model will have a 6.78-inch punch-hole AMOLED display with FHD + resolution and 165Hz refresh rate, up to 2500 nits brightness, finger on screen fingerprint scanner and Gorilla Glass Victus protection.

Under the hood, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3-based device will have a 5,500mAh battery with 65W fast charging support. It will have 16GB / 24GB LPDDR5x RAM and 512GB / 1TB UFS 4.0 storage. There will be a 32-megapixel selfie camera on the front, a 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 primary camera, a 13-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a 32-megapixel telephoto camera and 3x optical zoom on the back.

ROG Phone 8 Pro will also offer other features such as Android 14, IP68-rated chassis, 5-magnet speakers and 3.5 mm audio jack. There will also be an illuminated RBG logo on the back of the device.
