5. After that open the extracted folder, right click on the file Windows 11 Upgrade and select an item from the context menu Run as administrator.

1. If you don’t have a Windows 11 ISO file yet, go to the Windows 11 download page.
2. Under Download Windows 11 disc image (ISO), select Windows 11 and click the Download button.
3. Confirm your language selection to continue.
4. Click the 64 bit download link to download the ISO file.
5. Then download Rufus.
6. Double-click the downloaded exe file to run Rufus.
7. Then connect the USB drive to the computer.
8. Click the SELECT button to select the ISO file you downloaded.
9. In the Rufus dialog box, expand the drop-down menu under Image and select Windows 11 Advanced Setup (No TPM/No Secure Boot/8GB RAM). When you choose this option, you bypass the Windows 11 Secure Boot and TPM 2.0 requirements, as well as the minimum 8 GB RAM requirement.
10. Finally, click START to create Windows 11 installation media.

2. Using the media creation tool

3. Making changes to the Windows registry

Finally, we have the option to edit the Windows registry to bypass Windows 11 installation requirements.

This method allows you to bypass TPM 2.0 and processor model checks. Your computer must have at least TPM 1.2 to continue.

Here’s what you need to do:

1. Open the Registry Editor by pressing Win + R, type regedit and press Enter.
2. In the registry editor, navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SYSTEM > Setup > MoSetup In the left pane of the registry editor.
3. Left-click the MoSetup key and select New > DWORD (32-bit) Value. Give me your name Allow Upgrades with UnsupportedTPMOrCPU.
4. Double-click the newly created object, enter 1 in the Value Data field, and click OK.
5. Finally, close the registry editor and restart the computer.

Your computer is now ready to install Windows 11 even if it no longer meets the minimum requirements.
