Rumors that Apple was planning to add a camera control button to the iPhone have been circulating since last fall. But at that time it was about a touch switch. Thus, the user will be able to change the zoom by sliding his finger left or right on the button, a light press will allow the camera to focus on the object, and a full press will start shooting.
