Research firm Daily Interactive recently published a report on the 5G mobile phone market in China for 2023. The data shows an upward trend. The market share of 5G phones reached 52.85 percent. Apple led the market with a share of 34.66%, with an increase of 11.86%.

Vivo came in a distant second, with less than half of Apple’s 14.4% share. Oppo, Huawei and Honor are in the top five with market shares of 13.35%, 12.12% and 10.37%, respectively.

If we talk about devices, iPhones took 0 of the first 9 positions. The most popular model was the iPhone 13, followed by the iPhone 12. The only non-Apple phone in the top 10 was the Huawei P40 Pro. Most of the smartphones on the list consist of old models. Some of the notable ones include Oppo Reno 6, Redmi K40, Huawei Nova 7 and others.
