Vivo launched the X100 Pro flagship smartphone in China in November, with the global model launching in January. In the latest test version of OriginOS 14.0.14.6, the brand added an important camera function to the Chinese model and also fixed many bugs.
Vivo X100 Pro’s latest OriginOS update now allows you to record 4K video with the front camera. Previously, although the front camera and chip of the device supported 4K recording, people were confused because this feature was not available on the flagship phone.
It looks like Vivo could add this option in response to rivals like the Xiaomi 14 Pro and Oppo Find X7 Ultra that already offer 4K recording on their front cameras. Apart from this, OriginOS 14.0.14.6 brings many improvements and bug fixes with the update.
