Xiaomi is expected to announce two foldable phones in China this year. Xiaomi Mix Fold 4: What is known so far

According to the publication, findings from Mi’s code suggest that the codename “Ruyi” may be related to the upcoming Xiaomi Mix Fold 4. The global and Chinese model numbers of the device are listed as 2405CPX3DG and 2405CPX3DC respectively. The internal model number of the device is called “n8”.

Mix Fold 4 will feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset and is expected to ship with HyperOS-based Android 14. While rumors about the Mix Fold 4 suggest that it will be released in the second half of 2024, the number “2405” in the model numbers indicates that it may be introduced in May. The publication speculates that the foldable phone will launch with a mystery device but did not reveal any information about the latter.
