This comes after the head of Xiaomi Group recently posted a teaser on Weibo hinting at the phone’s imminent release. Rumors about Xiaomi 14 Ultra have been circulating on the internet for the last few months. Now the company’s future flagship has appeared on benchmarking platform Geekbench.

Xiaomi 14 Ultra is listed in the Geekbench database with model number 24030PN60G; where ‘G’ represents the global variant. The model number also verifies other certifications previously obtained. According to the benchmarking platform, the smartphone has a motherboard codenamed “aurora” and eight cores with a maximum clock speed of 3.30 GHz. The chipset is paired with an Adreno 750 GPU, possibly indicating the presence of Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 under the hood.

According to Geekbench, Xiaomi 14 Ultra will have 16 GB RAM. There may also be more configurations. The smartphone will come with Android 14 pre-installed.

It is worth noting that the Xiaomi 14 Ultra was last seen in Geekbench 4 and not Geekbench 6. The report states that it scored extremely high in single-core and multi-core tests. She received 9317 and 26523 points in both tests respectively.

Xiaomi 14 Ultra has already received BIS, EEC and IMEI certifications. Earlier today, DCS announced that the upcoming offering could support 80W wireless charging, a world-first for this speed. Other details about the smartphone include quad curved 1440p displays, ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, satellite connectivity and four 50-megapixel cameras.
