Vivo Y33e 5G is equipped with a 6.51 inch LCD screen. The teardrop-shaped screen offers 20:9 aspect ratio, HD+ 720 × 1600 pixel resolution, 60 Hz refresh rate and 88.99% screen area. The front panel has an 8-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls.

The rear camera has a 13-megapixel main camera. Combines with 2 megapixel macro photography. The device offers shooting functions such as portrait mode, night shot, interval timer shooting and more. It runs on Android 12 added to the OriginOS Ocean UI.

Under the hood of the device is the Dimensity 700 chipset. It has 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal memory. Equipped with a slot for microSD memory cards for more memory.
