TCL recently launched its affordable smartphone called TCL 505 into the global market. The phone has a flat design with dual rear cameras and reflective coating. The phone has a 6.75-inch HD + screen with a 90 Hz refresh rate and 400 nits brightness, equipped with technology that reduces the effect of blue light and minimizes glare.

Powered by the Helio G36 chipset, TCL 505 has 4 GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage that can be expanded via microSD card. Users will have the opportunity to increase RAM by almost 4 GB, improving performance in complex tasks.

Photography on the TCL 505 is handled by a 50MP primary camera equipped with a 1/2.55-inch sensor with 0.7μm pixels, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 5MP front camera for selfies. The phone also features dual speakers for more immersive sound while playing media.

Battery life is crucial, with a 5,010mAh battery supporting 10W charging to keep the device running for a day on a single charge.

TCL 505 is available in Ocean Blue and Space Gray color options, which continue the design language of the TCL 50 series. Although TCL has not yet announced the pricing details of the 505, the device is expected to be offered at a competitive price in the market.
