Official images of Galaxy A55 and Galaxy A35 leaked ahead of launch

Samsung is expected to announce the Galaxy A55 and Galaxy A35 smartphones in many markets in the first quarter of this year. Rumors have already leaked a lot of information about both smartphones. In a new post, famous X lookalike Evan Blass shared official images of both the smartphones combined to replicate the design and color options.

The rendering above is of the Galaxy A55 and the other is of the Galaxy A35. In terms of design, the two phones have almost identical designs, with a punch-hole display on the front and a triple camera setup with LED flash on the back. Apparently, both phones will come in three colors: Awesome Iceblue, Awesome Lilac, and Awesome Navy.

Samsung introduced the Key Island button design on the Galaxy A15 and Galaxy A25 smartphones released in December. In this design, the part where the volume keys and the on/off key are located is slightly raised. While the A35 is said to have a plastic structure, the company may have preferred a metal structure for the A55.

Specifications of Samsung Galaxy A55 and Galaxy A35 (according to rumors)

Reports claim that the A55 will feature a 6.5-inch AMOLED display, while the A35 will feature a 6.6-inch AMOLED display. Both are expected to support FHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. Both are likely to run on Exynos 1380 and Exynos 1480 chipsets respectively. The A series phones are expected to come with up to 12 GB of RAM, up to 256 GB of storage and a 5,000 mAh battery with 25W fast charging.

The A35 can be equipped with a 13-megapixel front camera and a triple camera of 50-megapixel (main, with OIS) + 8-megapixel (ultrawide) + 5-megapixel (macro). On the other hand, the A55 will have a 32-megapixel front camera and a 50-megapixel (primary, with OIS) + 12-megapixel (ultrawide) + 5-megapixel (macro) triple camera setup. Both models will run Android 14 based on One UI 6 and come with an IP67-rated enclosure.
