The sound of the river carries water when heard, and speaking of the Nothing Phone (2a), it was only a matter of time before Carl Pei’s company approved it. And yes, the Nothing Phone (2a) is official and we already know when it will be unveiled. Not only that, as usual, the company released a video in which they talk about the purpose of this mobile phone and what they want to achieve. Spoiler: It will be a more affordable smartphone, but let’s go in parts.
March 5. This is the date the company has chosen to introduce its new smartphone. In particular, the company scheduled us for the “Fresh Eyes” event on Tuesday, March 5 at 12:30.
An affordable smartphone. This is Nothing’s idea about the Phone (2a), a terminal we know very little about beyond the fact that it aims to compete in a market that is not only very competitive but also very saturated. The firm has produced more expensive models so far (from 469 euros for the Phone (1) and from 649 euros for the Phone (2)) and is now trying to keep its distance and attack the segment dominated by Xiaomi, Samsung and Realme.

Good performance and good camera. Carl Pei promises this in the video published by the company. The company’s CEO harshly criticizes the design, software and hardware decisions other companies make in their mid-range terminals and assures that Nothing will “shake up the market.”
What about LEDs? As for Glyph, the shiny interface that is so characteristic of Nothing terminals, it has been mentioned from time to time that the Nothing Phone (2a) will not have it, and in the video they hint that it will, but in a different way. The truth is they don’t make it clear. We will have to wait until March 5 to clear doubts.
