• You will have a button on the right side of the clock.

• Unfortunately, you won’t be able to get wireless charging. The watch uses its own two-pin pogo magnet charger at the bottom of the case.
• Samsung claims Galaxy Fit 3 has long battery life 13 days on a single charge. The watch is powered by a small 208 milliamp hour battery.

Galaxy Fit 3 is the first device in the series to support SOS emergency call as well as fall detection. The latter can be activated by quickly pressing the button five times. Your location will then be shared with the emergency contact persons you specify on your device.

It is worth noting that Not a replacement for the Galaxy WatchSince it doesn’t come with Wear OS or a proper interface. You get basic features like calendar, weather, world clock, and tracking options.

Considering the Galaxy Fit 3’s focus on fitness tracking, it offers more than a hundred exercise types. Unfortunately, the effort to keep costs low led to the loss of GPS. This means you’ll need to connect it to your phone if you want to track movement. You’ll also be able to track sleep patterns, steps, stress levels, and more. All this is available from the tracker itself or from the Samsung Health app.

Sales start today February 23. The watch will be available in gray, pink and silver color options. The tracker will be released in Asia, Europe, Central and South America, and is planned to be released in the US and Korea in the near future.
