Samsung will soon launch Galaxy A55. However, before any official announcement was made, the smartphone was recently spotted in a leak. Now, new oversight of the certification in Malaysia suggests its launch could be imminent.

Samsung Galaxy A55 joins SIRIM

South Korean technology giant Galaxy A55 appeared on the SIRIM certification platform. Model number SM-A556E/DS detected. Unfortunately, the online database did not reveal any details regarding its specifications. Samsung Galaxy A55 was previously seen on other platforms such as TENAA, NBTC, MIIT, FCC, TKDN.

A recent leak has revealed the design of the upcoming Gaaxy A55 with live images and also shared key specifications. The device is expected to have a 6.5-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 32-megapixel selfie shooter on the front. Meanwhile, there may be a 50-megapixel triple camera on the back. The Samsung Galaxy A55 is said to be powered by an Exynos 1480 SoC paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.

The company is expected to launch this model in various color options such as Awesome Ice Blue, Awesome Lilac and Awesome Navy Blue. The official launch date is still unknown but the Galaxy A55 is likely to be launched next month.
