New images of Redmi Turbo 3 show ultra-thin bezels

Redmi will announce Redmi Turbo 3 in China on April 11. This phone will be the second Xiaomi phone to feature the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chip after the Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro. Today, the brand released several images to introduce the design of the smartphone.


As seen in the new images, the screen of Redmi Turbo 3 is surrounded by ultra-thin frames on all four sides. The device has smooth edges that are only 7.8mm thick. It will be a lightweight device weighing 179 grams.

Official images reveal that the Turbo 3 has dual speakers. It also has an IR blaster on the top edge. The brand has confirmed that the Turbo 3 will also be available in green and black variants, in addition to the color variant shown in the new images.

With the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chip, the Turbo 3 is expected to offer flagship-level performance at an affordable price. It has been confirmed that the device will have 16 GB RAM and 1 TB storage. Although the brand has not announced it yet, Turbo 3 seems to have LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage.

According to reports, Redmi Turbo 3 will have a 6.67-inch OLED panel with 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. It is expected to run on Android 14 multi-layered operating system loaded with HyperOS. It may have a 5000mAh battery with 90W fast charging support.

Redmi Turbo 3 may have a 20-megapixel camera on the front. On the back, there may be a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 main camera, an 8-megapixel IMX355 ultra-wide lens and a 2-megapixel macro camera.

Redmi Pad Pro tablet will also be introduced at the presentation on April 10. Reports suggest that the Turbo 3 may be renamed as Poco F6 in the global market. Additionally, Pad Pro may appear in the global market as the first tablet under the Poco brand.
