In January, Samsung introduced its flagship Galaxy S24 smartphone series. Now the company is likely preparing to unveil its next Galaxy Z series foldable smartphones along with a few other products: Galaxy Tab S10a series Galaxy Watch 7 And Galaxy Ring.

Interestingly, Samsung is also working on an FE smartphone in the Galaxy S24 series. Although details about this smartphone are scarce at the moment, GalaxyClubSamsung, the reliable source of Samsung leaks, has revealed that it is preparing a new smartphone coded R12.

It would be logical to assume that the R12 is the Galaxy S24 FE, following the pattern of previous FE models (S20 FE – R8, S21 FE – R9, S23 FE – R11). The R10 codename was allegedly assigned to the Galaxy S22 FE, but this code was never published.

We don’t know much about the S24 FE other than its codename. On the other hand, at this time last year, there were quite a lot of leaks regarding the S23 FE. This could mean a possible delay in the launch of the S24 FE. Samsung launched the Galaxy S23 FE last October. Given the current development stage of the S24 FE, it seems more likely that it will be released in November or later.
