The upcoming Vivo X100s has been spotted on AnTuTu showing impressive performance figures powered by the yet-to-be-announced Dimensity 9300 Plus chipset. Vivo The screenshot clearly shows that the AnTuTu X100 score exceeds the performance of its predecessor.

Vivo X100s AnTuTu list

Scoring a total of 2,305,267 points in AnTuTu, the new X100s demonstrate remarkable capability in all testing categories. The CPU score was 538,809, the GPU score was 940,944, the memory score was 472,337 and the UX score was 353,177.

The Dimensity 9300 Plus is reportedly an overclocked variant of the Dimensity 9300. A previous Geekbench listing showed improved performance with an upgraded main core clocked at 3.4GHz, 3 x Cortex-X4 clocked at 2.85GHz, 3 x Cortex-A720 clocked at 2.0. GHz and Immortalis-G720 MC12 GPU.

Apart from the new chipset, the Vivo X100s is expected to have the same internal hardware as the Vivo X100. It is said to feature a flat display that eliminates the curved-edged display seen on the previous model, while retaining many of the features of the X100. It is likely to be available in colors such as white, black, blue and titanium.

The Vivo X100s is expected to launch in China in May along with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3-powered Vivo X100 Ultra. MediaTek is preparing to launch the Dimensity 9300 Plus in China on May 7. This means that the X100s and X100 Ultra are expected to be officially launched by mid-to-late May. Some reports claim that the Ultra variant may be branded as Vivo X100s Ultra.
