Honor is reportedly working on the Honor 200 series for the Chinese market. Two Honor phones with model numbers ELP-AN00 and ELI-AN00 were recently certified by the 3C authority in China. The devices are said to be part of the Honor 200 series, which is expected to be launched in May. New leaks have revealed information about the chipsets that will power both smartphones.
The 3C certification of the alleged Honor 200 and 200 Pro suggests that both models will support 100W fast charging. There are currently two model numbers listed: ELP-AN00 and ELI-AN00. It is not yet clear which of these models represents the standard version and which corresponds to the Pro version. Thanks to 3C certification, it was learned that both models can support 100W fast charging.
Several leaks have claimed that the Honor 200 duo will feature a quad-curved OLED panel with 1.5K resolution. Tipster Teme claims that the Pro will feature a dual selfie camera module in a pill-shaped cutout. The main camera on the back may have variable aperture and OIS support, as well as a telephoto lens.
Another leak claimed that the Honor 200 will feature the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, while the Pro version may be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. To remember, Honor 100 and 100 Pro, released in November 2023, are powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 and 8 Gen 2 chipsets respectively. The same participant claims that the design of the rear camera module of the Honor 200 series has changed significantly.
