Each variant comes with the same RAM and memory configuration. The most affordable model is the Pura 70 (12GB RAM, 256GB storage) priced at RM3,699, followed by the Pura 70 Pro (12GB RAM, 512GB storage) priced at RM4,899. The full-featured Pura 70 Ultra (16GB RAM, 512GB storage) is priced at RM6,599.

As for color options, Pura 70 is available in black, white and pink. Pura 70 Pro is limited to black or white; The premium Pura 70 Ultra has a vegan leather back and is available in black, brown and green color options.

Pre-orders for the Huawei Pura 70 series are open in Malaysia from 2 to 24 May 2024. Customers can pre-order by depositing a non-refundable deposit of MYR 70 from the Huawei Malaysia website or Huawei Experience Stores.

Technical specifications of Huawei Pura 70 Series

Pura 70 Ultra and Pro are equipped with a 6.8-inch LTPO OLED panel with a 120 Hz refresh rate and a maximum brightness of 2500 nits. The vanilla model has a slightly smaller 6.6-inch screen. All three phones are IP68 dust and water resistant. The Pura 70’s bodywork is powered by the Kirin 900S1 chip, while the Ultra and Pro models feature Huawei’s latest Kirin 9010 chip. They all run on EMUI 14.2, which replaces HarmonyOS on their Chinese counterparts.

Battery capacity also varies by model. Pura 70 Ultra packs a 5,200mAh battery that supports 100W wired charging, 80W wireless charging, and 20W reversible wireless charging.

Pura 70 Pro has a slightly smaller 5050mAh battery with the same charging support. The standard Pura 70 has a 4,900mAh battery that supports 66W wired charging, 50W wireless charging and 7.5W reversible wireless charging.

Continuing on, the models see the most differences in their camera systems. Pura 70 Ultra has a unique configuration consisting of a large 1-inch 50 MP main camera with a retractable lens. It also includes a 50MP telephoto lens with 3.5x optical zoom and OIS, as well as a 40MP ultrawide lens with autofocus.
