What Minisforum S100 can do

Minisforum S100 has dimensions of 152×58×19.5 mm, which are comparable to the dimensions of a standard smartphone. Its performance is provided by the Intel N100 (Alder Lake-N) processor, a quad-core 6W chip with a clock frequency of up to 3.4 GHz, but does not support HyperThreading.

Paired with 8GB of LPDDR5-4800 memory in a single-channel configuration, this little powerhouse delivers flawless performance in its compact package.

Equipped with a modest cooling system consisting of a small fan attached to the radiator, the S100 operates with a sound level of 24dB at idle and rising to 43dB at full load.

While its small size requires a stable 256GB of UFS 2.1 storage, users can rely on USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C or Ethernet (2.5Gbps) for power thanks to PoE support. The device also has basic connectivity options such as HDMI 2.0, two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, and the ability to connect to two displays simultaneously.

Thanks to the support of Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2 standards, there were no problems with wireless features.
