After launching the Neo 9 and Neo 9 Pro in late 2023, iQOO announced the Neo 9S Pro, a mid-year refresh of the series with the recently announced MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset. In this article, we will tell you about the technical specifications, features and price of Neo9S Pro.
Technical specifications of iQOO Neo 9s Pro
The main difference between the Neo 9S Pro and its predecessors is the chipset. While the original Neo 9 Pro had Dimensity 9300, the 9s Pro benefits from the improved Dimensity 9300+.
While the performance of the CPU and APU increased in the new system, the GPU remained unchanged. Additionally, the phone is equipped with iQOO’s Q1 eSports chip to enhance the gaming experience. To manage temperatures during intense gaming sessions, the phone uses a 6K VC liquid cooling system.
Neo9S Pro’s memory options include up to 16 GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1 TB UFS 4.0 storage for users looking for large storage space. Moving on, the screen remains the same as the previous Neo 9 Pro models. So, you get a 6.78-inch 144Hz LTPO OLED panel with a resolution of 1260 x 2800 pixels and an aspect ratio of 20:9.
The panel features high-frequency PWM dimming at 2160 Hz to minimize flicker. The front camera remains a 16 MP module housed in a punch-hole cutout.
A dual camera is used on the back of Neo 9S Pro. The main sensor is a 50MP Sony IMX920 sensor and there is another 50MP lens for ultra-wide shots.
The Neo 9S Pro retains the 5,160mAh battery from its predecessor, supported by 120W fast charging, but the device does not support wireless charging. iQOO also partnered with the NBA to launch the Neo 9S Pro. The partnership gives shoppers a chance to win NBA Finals tickets through participating retailers.

Neo 9S Pro is now available in China with a temporary discount on all models. Here’s a breakdown of prices, including discounts:

There is currently no official confirmation regarding the global launch of Neo9S Pro.
