The second Samsung Unpacked event in 2024 is expected to take place in Paris in July, ahead of the Olympic Games. In addition to Galaxy Z Flip 6, Z Fold 6, new Galaxy Watch and Galaxy Buds models are expected to be introduced at the event.

Leaks about the Galaxy Z Fold 6 show that the device will have a larger external screen than its predecessor. This appears to be confirmed by a leak from industry insider IceUniverse.

A tipster recently shared an image of part of the Z Fold 6’s external display on the X. Although it does not show the device completely, it reveals the symmetrical frames on the external screen.

Samsung has reportedly increased the screen ratio of the external display for better usability when the phone is turned on. However, according to rumors, this larger screen will not quite match the dimensions of the Pixel Fold or OnePlus Open.

Additionally, IceUniverse revealed in response to user X that there will likely only be one Z Fold 6 model this year, and the Z Fold 6 Ultra may take longer to ship.

A Galaxy Z Fold FE version is rumored to be available, and new rumors suggest a slim Galaxy Z Fold is also in the works. However, it is unlikely that these leaks are true, as it will be difficult for Samsung to study and distinguish between the three additional Fold models.
