Samsung introduced the Galaxy M35 5G mid-range smartphone. Compared to last year’s Galaxy M34 with Exynos 1280 chipset, the new model has a larger screen and a more modern processor and also supports stereo sound. Also, the novelty may have a capacious battery.
The specifications of the Galaxy M35 5G are almost identical to the specifications of the Galaxy A35 5G smartphone announced in March this year, except for battery capacity and minor differences.
The new Galaxy M35 5G features a 6.6-inch Super AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution (2340×1080 pixels), 120 Hz refresh rate, and up to 1000 cd/m brightness.2. Instead of the side fingerprint scanner and a single speaker on the previous model, the smartphone has been given an under-display scanner and two speakers. A 13 megapixel camera is placed in the hole at the top of the screen. On the back panel of the smartphone, there is a 50 MP main camera with optical stabilization support, an 8 MP wide angle module and a 2 MP macro sensor.
Galaxy M35 is based on a 5 nm Exynos 1380 processor with a clock frequency of up to 2.4 GHz and a Mali-G68 MP5 graphics accelerator. The amount of RAM is 8 GB, the capacity of the flash drive is 256 GB. There is also a slot for microSD memory cards up to 1TB.
The 6000 mAh capacity battery supports fast charging with 25 W power. The smartphone runs Android 14 with One UI 6.1. Samsung has promised to provide four years of Android OS updates and up to five years of security updates.
Galaxy M35 specifications also include Bluetooth 5.3 and Wi-Fi 6 wireless adapters. The dimensions of the smartphone are 162.3×78.6×9.1 mm and its weight is 222 g. The Galaxy M35 costs around $525.
