Samsung Electronics is introducing its latest 2024 monitor line-up in the country, which includes ViewFinity professional monitors, Odyssey OLED gaming series and Smart Monitor line of smart monitors.
These modern monitors come with some of the most requested features by users, as well as other features that will surprise them, offering a new experience no matter how they use their monitors.
Odyssey monitors offer a next-level viewing experience and new artificial intelligence (AI) features Odyssey OLED G6; line of smart monitors enhances enjoyment with enhanced entertainment features and the M8 AI-powered smart monitor; and the ViewFinity line expands connectivity to create the perfect workstation.

The 2024 Odyssey OLED models expand Samsung’s next-generation OLED performance offering with the new Odyssey OLED G8 (model G80SD) and Odyssey OLED G6 (model G60SD).
The Odyssey OLED G8 is Samsung’s first 32-inch flat OLED gaming monitor with 4K UHD (3840 x 2160) resolution and a 16:9 aspect ratio. It has a 240Hz refresh rate and 0.03ms gray-to-gray (GtG) response time for ultra-smooth and responsive gaming experience.
The Odyssey OLED G6 is a 27-inch monitor with QHD (2560 x 1440) resolution and a 16:9 aspect ratio. The 360Hz refresh rate and 0.03ms GtG response time allow gamers to easily keep up with fast-paced games.
This device uses Samsung OLED Safeguard+, a new patented thermal protection technology. This technology is the first in the world to prevent overheating by applying a pulsed heat pipe to the monitor. In addition, the dynamic cooling system uses a coolant evaporation and condensation process that dissipates heat five times more efficiently than the graphite sheet method. This prevents overheating and significantly reduces core temperature. The monitor also recognizes static images such as logos and taskbars and automatically dims them to prevent screen damage.
Both the Odyssey OLED G8 and G6 deliver stunning picture quality with 250 nits (typ.) brightness, while FreeSync Premium keeps the GPU and display panel in sync, eliminating stuttering, lag, and ghosting.
Both monitors feature an ultra-thin metallic design that gives them a personal touch; Core Lighting+ enhances your entertainment and gaming experience with ambient lighting that syncs with your display. The ergonomic stand also makes exercise more comfortable with adjustable height, tilt and swivel.
Odyssey OLED monitors are the next step in Samsung’s expansion of leadership in the OLED monitor market. Its launch comes after the multinational achieved the number one position in global sales in the OLED monitor market, just a year after launching its first OLED model. The advanced M8 32-inch 4K UHD Intelligent Monitor features new AI features and the NQM AI processor to take entertainment to the next level. AI Upscaling upscales lower resolution content to near 4K quality, while Active Voice Amplifier uses AI to analyze background noise in a user’s environment and optimize dialogue in user-generated content.
