Samsung has introduced the new Galaxy Z Fold6, the thinnest and lightest Galaxy Z in history. A step forward in design that is increasingly closer to traditional mobile phones in terms of thickness and weight.

Symmetrical design that continues to be perfected

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6 is aesthetically the same as Z Fold5 but improved. This year We now have a weight of 239 gramssignificantly less than the 253 grams of the previous generation. The thickness has also decreased, from 13.4 mm and 6.1 mm to the new 12.1 mm and 5.6 mm. Still thicker than most mobile phones, but these are starting to be quite acceptable figures.

Galaxy AI will take advantage of the big screen

As in the Galaxy S24, artificial intelligence functions have an important place. Galaxy AI on the Z Fold6 also adds another feature: Interpreter mode that takes advantage of dual screens and the Live Translation functionality in calls that we saw on S24 and which will now start working with third-party apps.

Android 14 and OneUI 6.1 are versions of the operating system that also offer Google functions such as Rodea for Search or the new Google Gemini app.

Z Fold6 offers Samsung Knox security and promises seventh generation operating system updateand seven years of security updates.
