The CMF Phone 1 was one of the biggest surprises of the year, a terminal that raised doubts about the lack of NFC and that, for 100 euros more, was a very interesting option to bet on the Phone 2a. A phone with similar hardware but with everything that the first CMF mobile did not have.

The company has made public the date of the launch of its next phone after giving some hints on social networks. Something that will share a lot in advance with the Nothing Phone 2a. This is the Nothing Phone 2a Plus, the first phone of the company to bear this surname.

Talking about Nothing’s releases is an unpredictable path. The company launched with the Nothing Phone 1, which was groundbreaking in terms of quality and price, and would go on to release the much more expensive, better-specified Nothing Phone 2 the following year.

The return to the quality-price path began with the Nothing Phone 2a and continues with the launch of the CMF Phone 1, the first phone of the sub-brand focused on affordable products.

Next July 31 we will meet the Nothing Phone 2a Plus, a phone of which we do not yet have details. According to the nomenclature, we should find a Nothing Phone 2a with technical specifications: (a) the surname makes it clear that we will be facing a mid-range product, not a flagship (so far).

With just two weeks left to find out about the launch of this phone, this launch makes us think that the Nothing Phone 3 may not happen this year.
