Tipster Ice Universe shared on Weibo that the iPhone 17 series will include four models, but the iPhone 17 Slim will replace the iPhone 17 Plus. So the model range will consist of the iPhone 17, 17 Pro, 17 Pro Max, and the new 17 Slim.
The standard iPhone 17 and 17 Pro will have a 6.27-inch display, while the Slim and Pro Max will have a 6.65-inch and 6.86-inch display, respectively. The highlight feature is that all models in the iPhone 17 series will support 120Hz ProMotion refresh rate and LTPO technology. This will bring the standard iPhone models closer to the Pro models in terms of display technology. The familiar Dynamic Island design will also be retained.
Camera improvements are also on the horizon, especially for the Pro models. They are said to feature a 48MP triple camera system that includes a primary, telephoto, and ultrawide lens, as well as a time-of-flight sensor.
