Future Galaxy A06 from SAMSUNG It’s been in the rumors for a while now, and today another leak has emerged. We got a look at full renders of the phone earlier this month. Now, reliable tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore has revealed the X’s full specifications.

The leaked specifications show a 6.7-inch PLS LCD display with a resolution of 720×1600. Unlike some recent budget offerings, the refresh rate appears to remain at the standard 60Hz. The phone will be powered by the MediaTek Helio G85 processor, a familiar chip often found in entry-level devices.

The camera department is unchanged from its predecessor, with a 50MP primary sensor and a 2MP depth sensor on the rear, while the front houses an 8MP selfie shooter. The phone still has the old notch to accommodate the latter.

The phone is said to be powered by a 5,000mAh battery, which is also complemented by 25W fast charging. On the software front, the Galaxy A06 runs the latest version of Android 14, with Samsung expected to offer two years of OS updates and four years of security patches.

The dimensions of the phone will be 167.3 x 77.3 x 8.0 mm, and it will weigh 196 grams. Security will be provided by a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and Samsung’s Knox Vault for additional data protection. Storage options appear to be limited to two configurations: 4GB of RAM with 64GB or 128GB of internal storage. Fortunately, there will be a slot for a microSD memory card, allowing you to expand the storage up to 1TB. Finally, sound comes courtesy of a single mono speaker with Dolby Atmos support.
