Two future Motorola phones have been approved by the CMIIT regulator in China and are listed under model numbers XT2251-1 and XT2243-2. It seems that the first is the flagship Motorola Frontier, which will soon appear in China. The XT2243-2 belongs to the Edge series.
Recent reports have revealed that the flagship Motorola Frontier will launch as the world’s first device based on Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1. It will be launched in global markets under the name Motorola Edge 30 Ultra.
According to rumors, the device has a 6.8-inch FHD + display with a 144 Hz refresh rate and a front camera with a resolution of 60 MP. Image sensors with a resolution of 50 MP (main, with OIS), 50 MP (ultra-wide) and 2 MP will be installed on the main camera. The smartphone will receive 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM, up to 256 GB of UFS 3.1 flash memory and a 5000 mAh battery with support for fast charging with a capacity of 68 watts.
